Founder
Eric founded Pacy Law in 2017 and quickly gained a reputation for excellent customer service, professionalism, and expertise. Eric has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in each year from 2022 through 2025. He focuses his practice on the residential and commercial real estate.
Colby MacDonald, Esq.
Partner, Real Estate
Raised in Byfield, Massachusetts, Colby received his undergraduate degree from Saint Michael’s college in Colchester, Vermont where he was a member of the varsity hockey team. Following his time at Saint Michael’s, Colby earned his JD from Boston University in 2019. Colby focuses his practice on residential real estate.
Kelly Dillon, Esq.
Associate, Estate Planning
Kelly graduated from Suffolk University Law School in May 2025 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar the following November. Kelly brings a positive light to the office and is ready to help her clients through the most difficult of conversations. Outside of the office, Kelly is a Board Member of the Reid R. Sacco AYA Cancer Alliance, a non-profit that raises money and awareness for research in cancers affecting Adolescents and Young Adults. She focuses her practice on estate planning.
Stephanie Fabri, Esq.
Associate, Real Estate
Stephanie grew up in Groveland, Massachusetts and received her undergraduate degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. She graduated from New England Law | Boston in May 2025 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2025. Stephanie focuses her practice on residential real estate.

Kayla is a native of New Hampshire and has been a paralegal with the firm for over five years, supporting the real estate practice. Clients love Kayla’s cheerful personality and attention to detail. She takes pride in her ability to answer client questions quickly and accurately, making sure all parties are well informed throughout their transaction.
